I am an allround business professional that wakes up each day inspired to do something new. Each day I collaborate with incredibly talented inviduals uisng cloud computing technology in ways that were unimaginable only years ago. I love unstructured chaos and I am always on the lookout for areas of opportunity. Also I like working in a team, you'll learn faster and more. As the saying goes: 'two heads are better than one'

How many people are managers and they think it's still about controlling, planning, forecasting and budgeting versus coaching, listening, and reinforcing people. And leadership is not to be confused with management; it's being able to inspire and keep those around you inspired.

Unstinting is one of my favorite words and yet I rarely see it used. I prefer hiring or working with people that are smarter than me becaue the amount you learn increases exponentially. In the long term, having grit is a much better determinant of success (see Quora!).

This one is so simple yet ignored and it's similar to Riccardo's law of competitive advantage. In short, it keeps everyone safe from too much load and the beautiful side effect is being able to leverage everyone's strenghts and you will learn more along the way.
